Victoria Elsmore knows that practicing in family law means getting personal. Nothing is more personal than our children, our homes, or our hopes for the future. She is committed to empowering families through difficult processes. Victoria is a strong advocate who can assist you to achieve your goals. She handles divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, orders for protection and harassment restraining orders, spousal maintenance, as well as issues that occur post-divorce. Although resolving these issues outside of Court is often best for families, Victoria also has significant trial experience. She will be a strong advocate in or out of the courtroom.

She has presented continuing legal education courses to other family law attorneys on the issues of child support, contempt proceedings, use of police in family law cases, children's extracurricular activities in custody disputes, representing low-income clients through divorce and others. She authored the Chapter on Contempt in the Minnestoa CLE Divorce Practice Deskbook, which is used by other family law practitioners.
