Practice Experience
Mr. McEllistrem is engaged in the general practice of law, with a focus in corporate law, commercial transactions and commercial real estate law. He also specializes in the area of sexual abuse litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters as well as in complex business litigation matters.
Mr. McEllistrem previously served on the fund distribution committee of the St. Paul Area United Way, was a lead volunteer for the Greater Twin Cities United Way and a member of the Agency Services Committee, and served as a volunteer in the Pro Bono Challenge for Kids, Guardian Ad Litem (GAL).
