Practice Experience
As a civil trial lawyer at CBS&H, my practice involves all aspects of civil litigation including lawsuits and appeals in both state and federal court. My clients include individuals, businesses, churches, attorneys and insurance companies. My practice is divided equally between representing plaintiffs and defendants. My areas of practice include:

Defending manufacturers in lawsuits arising out of exposure to asbestos;

Representing plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, products liability, and wrongful death lawsuits;

Representing plaintiffs and defendants on claims involving defamation;

Defending churches and ministers on issues relating to sexual abuse;

Briefing and arguing appeals;

Conducting mediations as a qualified neutral mediator under Rule 114.
