Practice Experience
Mr. Priore's practice is concentrated in the following areas: tax law, including tax appeals and audit representations; probate law, including guardianships and conservatorships; estate planning including, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives and tax planning; real estate law, including landlord/tenant matters; as well as general corporate and small business law.
Prior to law school, Mr. Priore worked for five years at Reliastar/ING in Minneapolis as an accountant and investment analyst (1996-2001). Mr. Priore also served eight years in the United States Naval Reserve as a heavy equipment operator (1990-1998). During law school, Mr. Priore was named as the Chief Operations Officer of Shield Plus, LLC, a privately managed hedge fund in Stillwater, Minnesota. Before joining Collins, Buckley in 2008, Mr. Priore operated a private law practice in downtown St. Paul for four years. While there, Mr. Priore represented a wide variety of individuals, small businesses and organizations, assisting them in a wide variety of legal matters.
