Mr. Tierney is engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis in civil litigation. He has broad experience in the areas of personal injury and no-fault claims, workers’ compensation, products liability and defamation. A significant portion of his practice is focused in the area of insurance defense matters, most notably toxic tort litigation.
He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Tierney is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate.
Mr. Tierney is a member of the Ramsey County, Minnesota State, and American Bar Associations.
