Ms. McEllistrem is engaged in the general practice of law, with an emphasis on civil litigation and employment law.
Prior to earning her law degree, Ms. McEllistrem was a Buyer for Target Corporation responsible for the development, cost negotiations, and overall financial performance of her category assortments nationwide.
Ms. McEllistrem graduated from William Mitchell in 2007, where she was a member of Delta Theta Phi, a volunteer at the Family Justice Center with the Minnesota Justice Foundation, and a mentor to writing and representation students.
Ms. McEllistrem is a volunteer with the Special Olympics of Minnesota as well as an active member of the Professional Partnership Program at the College of St. Catherine.
Ms. McEllistrem is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota and is a Qualified Neutral in Civil Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is a member of the Minnesota State, Ramsey County and Hennepin County Bar Associations.
