Mr. Bauch practices in the areas of family law, insurance defense, personal injury, business law, probate litigation, professional responsibility defense for lawyers and other professionals. Mr. Bauch also handles appeals in both state and federal courts. He is a family law mediator and a no-fault arbitrator. Since 1995, Mr. Bauch has served as a Hennepin County Conciliation Court Judge.
He is a member of the Ramsey County, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Texas and District of Columbia Bar Associations. Mr. Bauch is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Bauch provides pro bono legal assistance through Volunteer Lawyers Network and Chrysalis Women's Center in the area of family law. He has also been active in coaching youth hockey and is a football referee.
